Scientellect was founded by a team led by Dr. Kenneth Frimpong, PhD. in 2008 with the vision to provide premier DNA Diagnostics and DNA Fingerprinting services for Ghana and sub-Saharan Africa. Scientellect DNA and Medical Laboratory has delivered world-class Genetics, Forensics, and Cancer services, amongst others, to clients since our establishment in the year 2008.
Dr. Kenneth Frimpong
A renowned oriented biotechnical professional, clinical embryologist and forensic DNA expert. He is the founder and CEO of ‘The City of Hope’ Medical Complex, a multispecialty medical and research facility with a vision to providing world class molecular medicine in Ghana and West Africa.
He was the Consultant, Forensic Science Laboratory, Ghana Police Service (2010 – 2013) providing consultative technical expertise on genetics, DNA and molecular forensics to the Director of the Forensic Science Laboratory and to the Police Administration.
Our Facility
Our laboratory is located at Lashibi, Opposite Emefs Estate, Accra Ghana where we provide walk-in services. We also offer Secure HomeVisit™ and Secure OfficeVisit™ services, where we visit your Home or Offices, respectively, by appointment to collect samples.
